Multi Site Ministry
Multi Site Ministry is best described as "one church in many locations." These churches have the same DNA, budget, staff, and mission. They may look exactly the same or they may vary from size, shape, and target audience. But whatever shape or size they come in they all have the same DNA. It is the healthy DNA of the original campus that makes multi site ministry usually more successful than planting a new church.
What we like about Multi Sites is they leave all of the options open. The church can remain one church on many campuses or it can hive off one or more of the sites to become independent congregations or the church could totally relocate to one of the new sites.
