Consultation by Mail

Over the past twenty years Bill Easum has done hundreds of consultations by mail. While a consultation by mail is not the same as an on site consultation, it will pinpoint your issues and give you concrete, measurable recommendationss.

Step One: Order our world class tool, The Complete Ministry Audit, by Bill Easum.  You have three choices:

Step Two: Complete the research, and send it to our office in digital or hard copy form along with a worship video and any other documents you feel are essential and we will analyze it and send it back to you. If we have questions while doing the audit we will contact you by email . Your research usually takes 4-6 weeks.

Step Three: We will send you additional material and questions if you are doing the Standard or Premium consultation.

We try to return the analysis within a week.

We have three levels of consultations by mail:

No Frills

  1. An analysis of your material.
  2. A report with measurable recommendations.
  3. One month coaching period via email. 

The fee is $500. The report does not include demographics but is a complete analysis of the audit with full recommendations.

Standard

The fee is $750 for churches under 200 in worship and $950 for churches over 200.  If you want to include demographics, we will  provide those to you through www.missioninsite.com for an additional $400 unless your denomination or region already has a contract with Missioninsite then you can extract them and send them to us at no charge. If you choose not to use Missioninsite send us whatever demographics you might have (optional).

Premium

  1. Analysis of your material by Bill Easum.
  2. A report with measurable recommendations.
  3. A twelve month coaching period including a monthly phone call and unlimited emails.

  6. A subscription to Net Results magazine.
  7. Monthly coaching events by world class leaders.
