On-Site Consultation

Bill Easum and Bill Tenny-Brittian use the The "Complete Ministry Audit" which is a comprehensive, objective process built upon 19 "growth principles." The Complete Ministry Audit has been used in more than 1,000 congregations throughout North America.

Customized consultation can design a unique process for your context using various resources and applying the experience and skill of 21st Century Strategies consultatans in every size and variety of church.

Consultations last from 3-5 days and equip church leaders to motivate congregations, equip church leaders to implement change, and use resources more effectively. The client congregation will be expected to complete the audit  or other significant research, prior to the on-site consultation. A final report will be presented and interpreted, and follow-up support can be arranged.

Consultations are designed individually for each situation. We approach each situation as a team, to provide you with a full range of expertise and insight.
