We can usually do the first stage of this consultation in two days - Sunday-Monday.

If we're working with a church plant we meet with the pastor to review where the project is, meet with the launch team, and work on the basics of how to gather a crowd. Resource materials are provided as well as on-going email coaching.  If desired a follow up visit is scheduled to review the progress.

If we are working with a multiple site we experience your worship, meet with your worship team, interview staff, and visit possible locations. Resource materials are provided as well as on-going email coaching.  If desired a follow up visit is scheduled to review the progress.
