The Key to this session is to feel his passion for reproduction of everything.
Five friends came together to with a vision – to impact the community and to reproduce their ministry. In time their work has grown into a movement.
Because of space issues that required relocation, the church decided to launch out into multiple sites. Multiple sites are now their reproducing mechanism.
Notice the depth of commitment of the people who belong to Community Christian. Did you notice how the developers wanted to develop a community where people were cared for as well as the homes?
Notice how they also use video feeds in the different sites.
Notice the things that they have learned in this process.
- Small groups are one of the keys to the multiple sites. They provide the care and continuity, and retention. The care structure of the small groups is what allows them to retain people.
- Leadership development is the primary key
- Various types of leaders are essential

- Each campus has to have it own pastor –“Face of the place”
- The church is more geographically based than affinity.
- VHS is essential to small groups – Vision, Huddle, and Sharing. For more see LIFE groups at www.easumbandy.com in the shop section.
- Each campus has taught things to the other campuses
- When you launch people out into new sites,
