These events are one-day, onsite trainings with Bill Tenny-Brittian in person. There has been no corner-cutting with these events and every participant will be better prepared for leading and supporting church transformation.

- Hitchhiker’s Guide to Evangelism: The event that started it all. This is the updated version of the training event that enjoyed a successful coast-to-coast tour in 2009. In four sessions, participants are introduced to why almost everything they know about evangelism simply isn’t working anymore – which is a good thing, since most church members are frightened to death from even thought of having to do evangelism. By the end of the seminar, they’ll not only have a new understanding of evangelism, they’ll be equipped to share their personal faith story in such a way that it won’t embarrass themselves, the church, or their friends. Included in the revised event is a session on the changing role of the church in evangelism.
- Transformation for Timid Churches: Not every church leader, let alone every church member, is excited about the church transformation venture – and with over 80 percent of all intentional church transformation attempts ending in failure, who can blame them? In this four session training event, participants are exposed to the crevice that has opened between the church and the culture. As they come to understand the difference, the tools of bridge-building between church and culture are introduced in ways that allay the natural push-back against change. In addition, church leaders will leave with a realistic plan for initiating church transformation and growth within their congregation.
- Tomorrow’s Church Today – Creating an Incubator for Faith: Too often the business of church has overshadowed the practice of faith – to the detriment of the North American church. Getting the “unchurched” to even visit the church’s worship services is getting more and more difficult. In this four session training event, participants will be introduced to the changing role of the church. Perhaps, not surprisingly, the future of the effective church is deeply rooted in ancient, first-century church practices. By the end of the day, participants will learn how to create a faith-filled, nurturing, environment where believers become practicing disciples, the church becomes a conflict-free zone, and the unchurched experience an incubator for faith.
